Rachelle and I want to express our thanks and appreciation during our first house building
experience. After meeting with several builders your enthusiasm, professionalism, and
integrity have been evident from the beginning. You have taken the challenges of our
desires and dreams and made them a reality. Your attention to detail no matter how small
has made us feel like this house is as important to you as it is to us and that it is the only
house on your schedule even though we know you have a lot of other jobs going on. You have
always been available when we have needed to meet with you and always working around our
schedule. This being our first building experience Deb has been so helpful to us on selecting
exterior and interior details and keeping us informed and on schedule. Zach and Josiah have
also been a pleasure to work with they take a lot of pride in their work. Again, thank you so
much and we highly recommend Integrity Builders to anyone who wants someone to build a home not
just a house.

Since we got in on buying the house mid-build, there was one thing that really impressed me.
When we changed the dining room to an office Zach installed the french doors while keeping the
original arched detail above the door. The arch blended in with the rest of the arches and
architecture of the home. It turned out beautifully.

At a time when most people chose to downsize we find ourselves upsizing! God has blessed us
with a growing family that enjoys being together. We knew that we needed space for our children's
spouses and our future grandchildren to gather together. We knew what we wanted in a home.
We had spent several years walking through newly built homes on display, looking at floor plans, books
and magazines. We had put together quite a list of wants and don't wants. Choosing a builder
to create this home was a year long process! We wanted a builder that would not just listen to what
